App Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Belle's Picks mobile app (the "App"), published by Wild Rein Studios ("we," "us"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our App Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

The short version: Belle's Picks shares sports betting opinions for entertainment. We don't take bets, we can't guarantee results, and you're responsible for any bets you place. Please only bet what you can afford to lose.

1. Who can use the App

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for sports betting where you live, if that's higher.
You're responsible for making sure that reading betting content and placing bets is legal where you live.
You must give accurate information when you create your account and keep it up to date.

2. Entertainment only, no guarantees

All picks, props, parlays, analysis, and other content in the App are Belle's personal opinions, shared for entertainment and informational purposes only.
Nothing in the App is financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.
Sports outcomes are unpredictable. Past results don't guarantee future results, and we don't guarantee any win, profit, or return.
The App doesn't accept, place, or process bets. Any bet you place is your own decision, made with a third-party sportsbook, and at your own risk. We're not responsible for any losses.
Odds and lines shown are accurate as of when they were posted and may change.

3. Bet responsibly

Gambling should be fun. Set limits, never chase losses, and never bet money you need. If gambling is causing problems for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available:

4. Subscriptions and billing

Access to content in the App requires a paid subscription. Plan features and prices are shown in the App before you subscribe.
Subscriptions bought in the App are billed by Google Play (or the Apple App Store on iPhone) to the payment method on your store account.
Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your store account's subscription settings. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies.
Memberships bought on bellespicks.com are billed separately and managed on the website.
We may change prices or plans. If a price change affects your subscription, you'll be notified in advance as the app store requires, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Your account

Your account is for you only. Keep your login details private, and don't share your account with anyone else.
You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at belle@bellespicks.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
You can delete your account anytime in the App (Account → Delete account) or as described at bellespicks.com/delete-account. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an app store subscription, so cancel that first.

6. Please don't share the picks

The content in the App is for your personal use. You agree not to:

Copy, screenshot, repost, resell, or share picks or other paid content publicly or with non-members (for example, in group chats, Discord servers, or social media).
Use bots, scrapers, or other tools to collect content from the App.
Reverse engineer, interfere with, or try to get around the App's security or subscription checks.
Use the App for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without a refund where the law allows.

7. Our content

The App and all of its content, including picks, analysis, text, graphics, logos, and design, belong to Wild Rein Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial use while you have an active account.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the App running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or stop offering any part of the App at any time, including how often picks are posted and which sports are covered.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wild Rein Studios and Belle's Picks won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any betting losses, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the App or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 3 months before the claim.

Some places don't allow certain limits on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) brought against us because of your misuse of the App or your breaking these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the App or by email. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, that means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

14. App stores

These Terms are between you and Wild Rein Studios, not Google or Apple. Google and Apple aren't responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also follow the terms of the app store you downloaded it from.
