March 9, 2026: Belle's Picks & Player Props 🏀🏒

March 10, 2026

Today's Picks

-OTT Senators v VAN Canucks Over 6.5 (+100) | 0.5 Units

-CGY Flames v WAS Capitals Under 6.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-BKN Nets +1.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-GS Warriors v UTA Jazz Over 226.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

OTT Senators v VAN Canucks: The Senators and the Canucks have gone Over 6.5 in 4 of their last 5 meetings. Ottawa has cashed the Over in 3 of their last 4 games and has scored a whopping 15 goals in just their last 3 outings, while Vancouver has seen a high total in 4 of their last 5. I’ve gotta take the Over for plus money here, friends.

CGY Flames v WAS Capitals: The Flames just don’t have enough fire power on the road for me to think this could be a high-scoring affair. In addition, Washington has only seen a total of more than 6 goals just once in their last 8 games. My money’s on the Under to hit today.

MEM Grizzlies v BKN Nets: I’m in no rush to back either of these teams, but Memphis’ injury list is just ridiculous. To boot, Brooklyn is fresh off a road win over the Pistons, and they tend to fare far better at home than they do on the road. I’ll toss a couple bucks on the rested home team to cover.

GS Warriors v UTA Jazz: The last 4 straight meetings between these two teams have gone well beyond 226.5. While I don’t love how either squad has been playing ball lately, the Jazz both love to points on the board at home and have been abysmal on defense. I know both teams are without some of their fire power, but my money’s on the very feasible Over to hit here.

Today's Player Props

-OTT Senators v VAN Canucks: Brady Tkachuk Over 3.5 Shots on Goal (+105) | 0.20 Units

-GS Warriors v UTA Jazz: Keyonte George Over 23.5 Points (-115) | 0.20 Units

-GS Warriors v UTA Jazz: Brandin Podziemski Over 17.5 Points (-110) | 0.20 Units

-MEM Grizzlies v BKN Nets: Noah Clowney Over 14.5 Points (-125) | 0.20 Units

March 8, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏀🏒

March 9, 2026

Today's Picks

-MIA Heat +1.0 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-BOS Bruins v PIT Penguins Under 6.0 (+105) | 0.25 Units

-CHI Blackhawks v DAL Stars Over 6.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-TOR Raptors -10.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

DET Pistons v MIA Heat: Watching the Pistons blow a 20+ point lead over the Nets to take a loss by 2 points at home has me questioning everything. Detroit will be on a back-to-back; Miami has a clear advantage and their offense has been formidable over the last couple of weeks. The Heat have won 7 of their last 9 games, and have won their last 4 straight by at least 8 points. After watching Detroit fall to Brooklyn, backing them in this match up makes little sense. I’m on the home squad to cover.

DAL Mavericks v TOR Raptors: This is a bold take, I know. While the Raptors have dropped 4 of their last 5, I’d argue that they had a tough week having to the Spurs, Timberwolves, and the Knicks. Meanwhile, Dallas has dropped 16 of their last 18 games, and 4 of their last 5 losses were by double-digits. I think this is a nice bounce back spot for Toronto, so I’m on the Raptors to cover at home.

BOS Bruins v PIT Penguins: This might be an unpopular opinion, but I love the Under here. The last 5 straight encounters between these two teams haven’t made it over 5 goals. That said, I see how the Over is attractive with Korpisalo in net this afternoon (if you sat this one out I wouldn’t blame you, it’s bound to be a sweat…) – but recent history has me tossing a sprinkle on the Under to cash.

CHI Blackhawks v DAL Stars: The last 4 straight meetings between these two teams have seen at least 6 goals, and 3 of those 4 saw 7. In addition, Dallas has cashed the Over in each of their last 3 outings – worst case scenario, this game might see a Push. That said, I think Chicago puts enough on the board here to push the total beyond 6. Take the Over to hit.

March 7, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) 🏀🏒

March 7, 2026

Today's Picks

-ATL Hawks -6.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-DET Pistons -14.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-TB Lightning 3-Way ML (-115) | 0.25 Units

-BUF Sabres 3-Way ML (-120) | 0.25 Units

-NSH Predators v BUF Sabres Over 6.5 (+100) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

PHI 76ers v ATL Hawks: I’ll be honest: I just don’t like the way the 76ers have been playing ball lately, and the Hawks are currently on a 5-game win streak. In their plight to secure a playoff spot, I can’t imagine Atlanta half-asses this encounter. To boot, the Hawks pulled off a 10-point victory over Philly just a couple of weeks ago, and they’ve won their last 8 straight meetings with the Sixers. With the home advantage and no Joel Embiid to contend with on the other side, my money’s on the Hawks to cover.

BKN Nets v DET Pistons: I know we don't love double-digit spreads, but this might be the most compelling one I've seen all year. Detroit has won their last five straight meetings with the Nets by at least 14 points, and their last meeting saw the Pistons win by over 50. Say no more – I'm on Detroit for all the marbles.

TB Lightning v TOR Maple Leafs: The leafs have been god-awful, friends. Toronto has lost 12 of their last 15 games, and despite Tampa Bay’s struggle to score over their last 3 outings (albeit, against some solid teams), I think they pick up a much-needed win here on the road. I’m on the Lightning to win in regulation.

NSH Predators v BUF Sabres: The last 3 straight meetings between these two teams have cashed the Over. As for a winner, it’s really tough to build an argument for betting against Buffalo on their own ice. The Sabres have won their last 5 straight games, but as they usually do against Buffalo, I think Nashville will put enough on the board to push this game Over 6.5. I’m on the home squad to win in regulation, and on the Over to hit.
