Having not put more than 113 points on the board in either of their last 2 road games, I think the Knicks are in trouble here against a team that’s won 5 of their last 6 outings. My money’s on the Magic to win at home.

To boot, 8 of Sacramento’s last 9 losses have all been by at least 12 points, and they lost by a staggering 41 points to another struggle bus just two days ago (the Memphis Grizzlies). I know Christian Braun & Aaron Gordon are out for the Nuggets, but it won’t matter (because it hasn’t…) – especially with Domantas Sabonis ruled out for the Kings. I’m on Denver to cover at home.

Let’s all take a minute before picks go out this morning to sage the November air, shall we? And then perhaps a second moment to agree that the Detroit Red Wings are sooooo banned 😂😮‍💨☕️

Seriously, the Red Wings getting shut out at home against the NY Islanders was not even a remote possibility in my mind. Hell, I can’t even be mad at the Islanders for not cashing last night’s Over wager – they did more than their fair share of the work. 

Overall, this month has been pretty good on the paid tiers! But holy, do we ever need to turn this Pick of the Day ship around. A few of you in the Discord have floated some comical ideas to try and break the “POTD Curse”, including but not limited to:

• Switching the Pick of the Day after it’s announced 
• Taking out the words, “of the Day” from each post 😂
• Changing the number of units on it to being the same as our other picks so that the “sports cursing powers that be” can’t tell the difference 🤔

I think it’s safe to say the superstitions are getting to all of us 😅
