Delete your account

You can delete your Belle's Picks account and its data at any time. Here's how.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Belle's Picks app and log in.
  2. Tap the logo in the top right to open Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email belle@bellespicks.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Before you delete

  • Subscribed through Google Play? Cancel in Google Play first (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription.
  • Have a website plan that's still renewing? Cancel it from your account at bellespicks.com first.

What gets deleted

  • Your account: name, email and password
  • Your membership and plan details
  • Your subscription link with our payment provider (RevenueCat)
  • Your notification settings for the app

What's kept

  • Payment and invoice records, which we're legally required to keep for tax purposes (up to 7 years)
  • Google Play's own purchase records, which Google keeps under its own privacy policy
