The Rays’ resident Ace vs. the Athletics bullpen? I’ll bite. Nick Martinez (2.65 ERA) has been pitching lights out for most of this season, and 4 of his last 5 starts have resulted in wins for Tampa by at least 3. This play seems like a bit of a no-brainer (which, always concerns me…) but it is arguably the most advantageous matchup on the board. I’m the Rays to cover the RL this evening, friends.
