Happy Friday, friends! Sheesh, my “first sips” are happening just after noon here on the West Coast (I’m just as shocked as you…) I’ve been in “customer service” mode all morning. I apologize for the delay with my “First Cup”…no one needs caffeine more than I do today 🤣 Between the masses coming back for the NFL season (LFG!), the app coming out, and just general user account maintenance, this Friday is bonkers! We’re running it back, friends! The Brewers have been paying – and with Logan Henderson (2.60 ERA) on the mound this evening, I imagine they’ll continue to. Henderson is an impressive 4-0 at home and 8-2 on the season. In addition, the man hasn’t allowed more than 2 runs in any of his last 5 games. On the other side, while Texas starter Cody Bradford (3.05 ERA) isn’t terrible, the man is carrying a 4.09 ERA on the road and has allowed 15 hits over his last 2 outings… I have a feeling Milwaukee’s superior offense will blow that right open. I’m on the home squad to cover the RL.
