If you tailed yesterday's Pick of the Day, you made some real easy money (those Detroit Tigers just keep on paying the bills...) Speaking of the Tigers...Tarik Skubal to the Dodgers? Can someone put these buggers under a salary cap already 😂?! Watching the Dodgers acquire all these OP players is like watching those little Space Jam aliens turn into the "Monstars". I admit, all of these acquisitions makes it a ton of fun to watch a game in Los Angeles – but damn, let's keep the sport competitive FFS. Alright, rant over! On to today's play...

Aaron Nola (5.61 ERA) is arguably the weakest link in the roster of Phillies starters, friends – I don’t doubt that Washington will bag more than a few runs off of him (truth be told, I think this is a great spot for an upset…) Andrew Alvarez (4.06 ERA) is the better arm in this matchup, and while I do think this game could find itself over 9 runs, I like the potential return on betting against Nola far better. I’m on the visitors to put at least 5 on the board.
