Monday is upon us...and I already miss the World Cup vibes, friends. The city feels extra quiet this morning (for those of you that don't know, I'm in Vancouver...), and all of the FIFA signage is already coming down. I mentioned yesterday that this is probably for the best (my liver can't take any more 12PM patio beers...), but damn – the soccer energy put everyone in such a good mood.  On a positive note, the MLB schedule is massive today – and it looks like there's plenty of money to be made. Let's get to it...

This game easily has the potential to be the highest scoring matchup of the day. Athletics pitcher Jeffrey Springs (6.08 ERA) has allowed at least 6 runs in 4 of his last 5 starts, and has allowed a whopping 27 runs over his last 5. On the other side, Mitch Bratt (6.00 ERA) has only had two starts for the Diamondbacks so far this season and hasn’t pitched more than 3 innings in either; I imagine Arizona will look to their bullpen early. Both teams should get a solid number of runs up on the board today – take the Over to cash.
