Coffee, conversation & today’s best bet.
First Sips
Good morning, friends! And may I be the first to say, “blech!” Yesterday was a gross betting day – thank god our slate was so small. Walk it off, fam – today, we clap back and take the book to the cleaners 👊🏼😌 Fun fact: I’ll be dropping a new Podcast episode first thing tomorrow morning! I know I took a bit of a break there, but I really had to limit my screen time while I was in concussion recovery mode (Hold your “Belle was on the Injury List” jokes…) Lastly, holy crap! I’m so overwhelmed by your guys’ support for our upcoming app 🥹 I’m not crying, you are. There are just a couple days left to snag your Founding Membership spot (maybe less!) If you haven’t already, go lock in your perk package. And now, without further ado, here’s today’s play…

-TB Buccaneers v DAL Cowboys Over 48.5 (-105) | 0.5 Units
Every Cowboys game so far this season has cashed the Over, friends; I don’t think tonight’s encounter will be any exception. The only reason I think the book has a slight lean towards the Under is because Tampa QB Baker Mayfield is sitting this one out, and the backup rookie may not deliver enough to see this game crack 49 points. That said, the Buccaneers are 0-4, and preparation for this week’s game was likely operating in ‘we’re desperate for a win’ mode. With the Cowboys being so terrible at stopping opposing run game, I’m not sure Jalon Daniels will have to do a whole lot. Don’t be surprised if Bucky Irving has a career game here. I’m on the Over to hit this evening.
