Good morning (early afternoon for my EST family…), friends! I hope you’re all caffeinated. It took me way longer than I’d have liked to have my first cup today! Yesterday’s games were wild – certainly not our best betting day. The Baltimore Orioles were a total let down at Coors Field – I can’t remember the last time I saw such a low scoring game at that venue. The Milwaukee Brewers got absolutely spanked by the Cubs, and the Red Sox completely shit the bed on covering the RL at the 11th hour (classic…) BUT ALAS, I won’t dwell; it’s a new day! Let's walk it off, everyone. Here’s today’s play…

Friends, I’m going to give the Tigers a chance to redeem themselves here. Minnesota stater Connor Prielipp’s (5.55 ERA) last 5 straight outings have resulted in a Twins loss, and while Detroit’s Troy Melton (1.86 ERA) has had a few rough outings, he still hasn’t given up more than 3 runs in any of his last 5 games. To boot, the Tigers are coming off an embarrassing showing yesterday (final score 11-1…) and putting their Ace in the game will give their struggling offense a chance to clap back. I’ll toss a sprinkle on Detroit to win.
