MIA Heat v CHA Hornets: The last 4 straight encounters between these two squads have found their way North of 230, friends. I like a higher scoring affair here primarily because Miami has allowed at least 117 points in their last 6 straight games, but they’re also efficient offensively when they want to be (and today, they’ll absolutely want to be…) With each team playing their best in their starting 5, there’s too much fire power in this game for me not to take the Over to cash.

COL Avalanche v CAL Flames: I love the idea of a low-scoring affair here, friends. The Avalanche are on a back-to-back and will no doubt be resting some of their better players to focus on the playoffs. Calgary hasn’t scored more than 2 goals over Colorado in 5 of their last 6 games, and the Avalanche has won 9 of their last 10 meetings by multiple goals. Even on their worst day, Colorado is a far better team. I’ll toss a sprinkle on the Under to hit and on the 3-Way ML to cash.

WAS Nationals v PIT Pirates: Fading Nationals starter Miles Mikolas has only made me money so far this season, so I’ll be doing that until it stops paying. To boot, the Pirates will start Mitch Keller (1.00 ERA) who’s allowed a mere two runs over his last 3 starts. I’m on Pittsburgh to win by multiple runs this evening.
