KC Royals v WAS Nationals: I won’t overthink this one; both games in this series so far have cashed the Over, and between the Kansas City bullpen and Nationals starter Zack Littell (5.32 ERA), 11 runs shouldn’t be a tough bar to hit. I’m on the Over this afternoon.
LA Angels v ARI Diamondbacks: These two squads just can’t seem to crack an 8-run total in this series (though they've come close both times...). The Diamondbacks offense has struggled immensely lately, despite the Angels’ bullpen being notoriously…well, bad (lol). To boot, both of today’s pitchers are capable – take the Under to hit.
TOR Blue Jays v BOS Red Sox: I’m not sure what happened to Max Scherzer (10.23 ERA) this season, but the man has not been good. Scherzer’s last 5 straight starts have resulted in a Blue Jays loss by at least 2 runs, and the man has allowed a staggering 12 runs over just his last two outings. That said, I’m no fan of Boston starter Jake Bennett (5.28 ERA) either, who has allowed 8 runs over just his last 10 innings pitched. This game has the potential to go to the moon, friends – I’m on the Over to cash, and I'll take Boston to cover the RL.
