Why These Picks?
WAS Commanders v SF 49ers: Both teams are currently boasting an insane list of injuries, and I don’t expect the Commanders to be able to get much past San Francisco’s defense. That said, 51.5 is a massive number, and these two teams have only actually fallen North of it once in their last 4 meetings. My money’s on the Under to cash tonight, and I'll toss a sprinkle on the Commanders to keep it within a TD.
COL Avalanche v PHI Flyers: Flyers goaltender Joseph Woll is 0-3 so far this season, and the Avalanche offense is an absolute beast. Philly has won a mere 1 of their last 10 games…I’m not in a rush to back them in this spot (or in any spot, really…) Take Colorado to cover the PL.
