SF Giants v CLE Guardians: Giants starter Carson Whisenhunt has been rough on the road; to boot, the man has allowed 11 runs over just his last 3 games. I’m in no rush to back San Francisco here, and the Guardians should have no issue running up a total early on. I’ll toss a sprinkle on Cleveland to bag at least 5 runs today.
LA Dodgers v COL Rockies: I think this game lands well-beyond 12 runs. The Rockies should be able to get more than a few past LA starter Eric Lauer (4.67 ERA) who’s currently sporting a 5.06 ERA away from home. As for the visitors, it should come as no surprise that I think the Dodgers can run up a total on Ryan Feltner (5.59 ERA) at Coors Field – the man has allowed 22 runs over his last 5 games.
