MIN Twins v WAS Nationals: Simeon Woods Richardson (6.49 ERA) is giving up an ungodly number of runs these days, a high-scoring affair is the only play that makes sense here to me. My money’s on this game to see at least 10 runs.
CIN Reds v CHI Cubs: I can’t think of a single argument that supports betting against Shota Imanaga at home, friends. Imanaga has allowed a mere 6 runs over his last 5 starts, and is currently sporting a WHIP of 0.85. In addition, he’s got phenomenal run support from the Chicago batting lineup. I think Cincinnati is going to have a tough time getting past Imanaga this afternoon, and the Cubs will have little to no issue with Rhett Lowder (who’s ERA away from home presently sits at 6.27). I’m on the Cubs to cover the RL.
