Cease has allowed a mere 4 runs across his last 5 starts, and on the other side, Boston pitcher Patrick Sandoval (3.38 ERA) hasn’t allowed more than 2 runs in 4 of his last 5 games. I’m on the Under to cash here.
TB Rays v Athletics: The Rays’ resident Ace vs. the Athletics bullpen? I’ll bite. Nick Martinez (2.65 ERA) has been pitching lights out for most of this season, and 4 of his last 5 starts have resulted in wins for Tampa by at least 3.
