May 23, 2026: Belle's Picks & Player Props ⚾️🏀🏒

May 25, 2026

Today's Picks

-CLE Guardians v PHI Phillies Under 7.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-WAS Nationals v ATL Braves Over 8.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-MIA Marlins ML (-115) | 0.25 Units

-MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes Over 6.0 (-105) | 0.5 Units

Why These Picks?

CLE Guardians v PHI Phillies: Starter Zack Wheeler (1.99 ERA) has allowed a mere 4 runs over his last 3 starts, and while Slade Cecconi (5.16 ERA) had a rough start to the season, he’s also allowed just 4 runs over his last 3 outings. As long as one of these pitchers doesn’t decide to completely sh*t the bed so to speak, this game should fall short of 7 runs. My money’s on the Under to cash here.

WAS Nationals v ATL Braves: 4 of Jake Irvin’s (5.79 ERA) last 5 starts have seen totals of at least 9 runs. While he’s just a tad better on the road than he is at home, the man has allowed 11 runs and 3 HRs over his last 3 outings. This should bode extremely well for Atlanta’s offense; I’m on the Over to hit.

NY Mets v MIA Marlins: Guys, I can’t stand the Mets right now. I whole-heartedly believe they’re the most unreliable team in MLB right now, and starter Max Meyer (2.85 ERA) has been the definition of solid for Miami with a perfect 4-0 to his name. I’m rolling with the Marlins to bag a win this evening.

MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes: The Canadiens have cashed the Over in 3 of their last 4 outings, and while they did the majority of the scoring in their last meeting with Carolina, I don’t doubt that the Hurricanes will put more than 2 in the bag tonight. Montreal had a nice advantage over their opponent in the last game given that they hadn’t played in nearly 2 weeks, but I’m not sure just how long that “rust” will last. I think both squads put at least 3 on the board here, so I’ll take the Over to hit.

May 22, 2026: Belle's Picks & Props ⚾️🏀🏒

May 22, 2026

Today's Picks

-TEX Rangers v LA Angels Over 8.0 (+105) | 0.5 Units

-SA Spurs -1.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

TEX Rangers v LA Angels: Grayson Rodriguez’s (17.18 ERA) only start for the Angels resulted in him allowing 7 runs in 3 innings, friends. That said, I fully expect that he’ll get pulled early in this game – but LA’s bullpen is a far cry from reliable. On the other side, Jacob deGrom (3.01 ERA) is 1-2 on the road, and I don’t doubt that the Angels will get a few past him given his recent performance. Lastly, the Over has cashed in 9 of the last 10 meetings between these two squads – I’ve gotta roll with a high-scoring affair here.

OKC Thunder v SA Spurs: The Spurs have been exceptional at putting a win in the bag after a loss all season – but most notably, they’ve won and covered in every game after a loss in the playoffs so far. I don’t expect them to break this habit now; I’m on San Antonio to cover.

-TEX Rangers -1.5 (-105) | 0.25 Units

WAS Nationals v ATL Braves: It’s tough to build a case against the Braves offense right now. Also, don’t be fooled – the Nationals are back on their bullshit again listing Miles Mikolas as the starting pitcher (lol…), bit it’s Richard Lovelady (2.61 ERA) who will take the mound first. Regardless, I think Atlanta puts a victory in the bag here by at least a couple of runs. Take the RL to cash this evening.

Today's Player Props

-OKC Thunder v SA Spurs: Stephon Castle Over 18.5 Points (-110) | 0.20 Units

-OKC Thunder v SA Spurs: Isaiah Hartendstein Over 10.5 Rebounds & Assists (-110) | 0.20 Units

-TEX Rangers v LA Angels: Jacob deGrom 8+ Strikeouts (-110) | 0.20 Units

Today's Parlay(s):

Parlay (+466) | 0.20 Units

Reasoning: The Overs in today's parlays are simply due to advantageous pitching matchups (or rather, non-advantageous...lol). As for the Rays, I think they keep their game with the Yankees close, as Nick Martinez has been pitching lights out since season start; he's allowed a mere 3 runs across his last 5 outings.

-SEA Mariners v KC Royals Over 8.0 (-115)

-TB Rays +1.5 (-170)

-DET Tigers v BAL Orioles Over 8.5 (-110)

May 21, 2026: Belle's Picks & Props ⚾️🏀🏒

May 22, 2026

Today's Picks

-TOR Blue Jays v NY Yankees Over 8.0 (-115) | 0.5 Units

-MTL Canadiens ML (+165) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

TOR Blue Jays v NY Yankees: The Blue Jays are opting to go with their bullpen today, and to be frank, Yankees starter Carlos Rodon (5.63 ERA) hasn’t been my favourite for a while now. I think both squads put at least 4 on the board this evening given the capable batting lineups and who will be on the mound; my money’s on the Over to hit.

MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes: The Hurricanes have been on a particularly long break, and that might not bode well for them this evening. Pricing Montreal at +165 feels wildly out ‘out to lunch’ so to speak, especially since they’ve won their last 4 straight meetings with Carolina. I’m on the visitors to bag a win and pull off the upset.
