May 20, 2026: Belle's Picks ⚾️🏀🏒

May 20, 2026

Today's Picks

-CIN Reds ML (+125) | 0.5 Units

-LA Dodgers v SD Padres Under 7.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche Over 6.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-OKC Thunder -6.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

CIN Reds v PHI Phillies: I like the Reds to take down Philly again here, friends. Andrew Abbott (4.21 ERA) is way better on the road than his ERA suggests, he’s allowed a mere 1 run over his last 3 outings, and 4 of his last 5 starts for Cincinnati have resulted in a victory. Meanwhile, Aaron Nola (5.91 ERA) has been far from “un-hittable” having allowed 9 runs over his last 2 outings.  I’ll take the Reds to pull off the upset.

LA Dodgers v SD Padres: 4 of Randy Vasquez’s last 5 starts have seen less than 7 runs. Other than a rough encounter with the Chicago Cubs, Vasquez has been the definition of solid. On the other side, Shohei Ohtani comes into this game with a ridiculous 0.82 ERA. I’ll toss a sprinkle on the Under to cash.

VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche: Both of these teams have a ridiculous amount of fire power at their disposal; Game 1 between them should be a shoot out. The Avalanche have seen final totals of at least 6 in their last 5 straight games, and the Golden Knights have seen at least 6 in 3 of their last 4. Truth be told, I just think these offenses are way too capable to yield a low-scoring affair without this being the pressure cooker that is a Game 7. Game 1? Take the Over to hit.

SA Spurs v OKC Thunder: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander went 7-23 in FGs in his last meeting with the Spurs; if he’d played any better, I think Oklahoma City would’ve taken that game. The Thunder are notoriously dominant at home, and I simply don’t think they’ll make a lot of the mistakes they made in Game 1 against San Antonio twice. Given that OKC was a staggering 34-7 at home during the regular season, I’ve gotta give them the benefit of the doubt tonight. I’m on the Thunder to cover this evening.

May 19, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) ⚾️🏀

May 20, 2026

Today's Picks

-CLE Cavaliers +7.0 (-115) | 0.5 Units

-MIL Brewers v CHI Cubs Under 7.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-MIL Brewers v CHI Cubs 1st 5 Innings Under 3.5 (-105) | 0.25 Units

-CHI Cubs ML (+100) | 0.25 Units

-MIN Twins -1.5 (+155) | 0.25 Units

-HOU Astros v MIN Twins Over 8.5 (-105) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

CLE Cavaliers v NY Knicks: The Cavaliers have covered +7.0 in 2 of their last 3 meetings with New York, and the one casualty missed tonight’s line by less than a basket (111-119 final on Oct 22, 2025). In addition, Cleveland has won 5 of their last 7 games against the Knicks SU. That said, as dominant as New York has been at home this season, the Cavaliers have either hung around in or won every game against them over the past two years. I’ll take the visitors to keep it within 7 tonight.

MIL Brewers v CHI Cubs: Both Ben Brown (1.16 ERA) and Jacob Misiorowski (2.12 ERA) have been elite so far this season. Despite the fire power on both batting lineups, I think each of today’s pitchers have more than proven that they can hold down the fort long enough to yield a low-scoring affair. I’m going to toss a sprinkle on this game to get through the first 5 innings without either side taking too much damage, as Ben Brown has only allowed a single run across 5 starts and 12 innings pitched. I’ll also take the Cubs to win for plus money.

HOU Astros v MIN Twins: I’m rolling with a high-scoring game here. 4 of Lance McCullers’ (6.86 ERA) last 5 starts have all grossly gone beyond 9 runs, and the Astros have been abysmal lately (regardless of who starts…) having won just 3 of their last 10. I’m on the Over to cash and the Twins to win by a healthy margin again.

May 19, 2026: VIP Parlay Cashes, Morning Recap 💰☺️☕️

May 20, 2026

Good morning, everyone! Last night turned out to be a good one overall (thankfully!) – our VIP parlay cashed for a real nice +456 return, Pick of the Day hit, AND Prop of the Day cashed 👊🏽😌

For those curious, here’s what we had yesterday:

Parlay (+456) 🎉

-TB Rays ML (-140) ✅

-MIN Twins ML (-115) ✅

-NY Mets ML (-135) ✅

Player Props (1/1)

-Alex Tuch Over 2.5 Shots On Goal (-120) (*Prop of the Day) ✅

Picks (1/4)

-SA Spurs +6.5 (-110) (*Pick of the Day) ✅

-SA Spurs v OKC Thunder Under 221.5 (-110) ❌

-CIN Reds v PHI Phillies Over 9.5 (-120) ❌

-MTL Canadiens v BUF Sabres Over 5.5 (-105) ❌

While we came out in the green overall, picks were definitely the odd man out coming in at 1/4. That said, I’m thrilled that Pick of the Day was the one that cashed.

The pick I’m saltiest about? That damn Spurs/Thunder Under! Seriously? Even WITH the first OT, the Under looked like a hit…and then Double OT came and cooked us 😂 What are the chances?! I have no regrets…but losing a pick that way always stings.

Alright friends, I’ll leave it there. I’ll have today’s picks, props and parlays up and out shortly.

X

Belle

May 18, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) ⚾️🏀🏒

May 20, 2026

Today's Picks

-SA Spurs +6.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-SA Spurs v OKC Thunder Under 221.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-CIN Reds v PHI Phillies Over 9.5 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-MTL Canadiens v BUF Sabres Over 5.5 (-105) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

SA Spurs v OKC Thunder: A bit of a surprise to me, but the Thunder have actually lost 5 of their last 6 games against San Antonio. And while I know that OKC fairs far better at home than anywhere else, the Spurs haven’t lost a single game in the post-season by more than 6 points. I’m on the visitors to cover this evening and I've got a sprinkle on the Under, friends.

CIN Reds v PHI Phillies: I don’t like either of today’s starters. Both of Nick Lodolo’s (8.68 ERA) starts this season have seen an obscene number of runs, and Andrew Painter has yet to bring home a win for the Phillies. This game should be a total shoot out – I’m on the Over to hit.

MTL Canadiens v BUF Sabres: I know this is a do or die game, but 5 of the 6 post-season encounters between these squads have seen at least 6 goals. That’s an overwhelming statistic for any series – I’m on the Over to cash yet again here.
