July 21, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) ⚾️

July 21, 2026

Today's Picks

-TB Rays ML (-115) | 0.25 Units

-TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays Over 7.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

-DET Tigers v CHI Cubs Over 8.0 (-105) | 0.25 Units

-WAS Nationals v COL Rockies Over 13.0 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays: Friends, I hate that I’m saying this but Kevin Gausman (4.33 ERA) has been rough, and Drew Rasmussen hasn’t been much better. While both starters are capable of pitching a lights out game so-to-speak, neither of them has been living up to their full potential. Gausman’s last 5 straight starts have resulted in a Blue Jays loss, and Rasmussen has allowed a staggering 11 runs over just his last 2 trips to the mound. I’m on the Over to cash this evening, and on the Rays to bag a win.

DET Tigers v CHI Cubs: This pick comes down to the simple fact that I don’t love either pitcher in their current form. And while David Peterson (6.45 ERA) has been a better pitcher for Chicago than he was for the Mets this season, he’s still carrying a rough Home ERA of 8.84 (that recent outing against St. Louis didn’t do him any favours…). I’m on the Over to cash here.

WAS Nationals v COL Rockies: This is a lot of runs – but between the Nationals playing their bullpen and Michael Lorenzen starting for Colorado at Coors Field, I don’t think these teams will have any problem crushing 14. I won’t overthink this one – the line is where it is for a reason. I’m on the Over to hit.

☕ Belle's First Cup

July 22, 2026

Coffee, conversation & today’s best bet.

First Sips

Good morning, friends! Oh man, yesterday was a gross betting day. It's a wonder that today's "First Cup" isn't spiked 😅 That's just the way it goes sometimes, I know, I know... The Diamondbacks left a world of runners stranded in their game, but the real insanity was the 9th inning in the Cardinals/Angels game. If you missed it, let me set the scene: Night time (lol) – St. Louis is up 2-1 as the top of the 9th comes to a close. Bottom of the 9th, Los Angeles ties the game 2-2. St. Louis closer loads the bases... And then, the unthinkable happens: DUDE HITS THE BATTER AFTER THROWING 3 BALLS, walking a runner into Home which of course, gave the Angels the win. No joke: That was one of the biggest chokes I've ever seen. Of course, it stung extra because the Cardinals ML was the last leg of last night's parlay. Parlay bettors, if you were able to cash it out at a 90%+ return before things went South, I'm so happy you were able to pull the chute. For those that don't have the cash out option, my condolences – that sh*t hurts. But today's a new day and the baseball schedule is sizeable...so let's go get 'em.

Pick of the Day

-TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays Over 7.5 (-110) | 0.5 Units

Friends, I hate that I’m saying this but Kevin Gausman (4.33 ERA) has been rough, and Drew Rasmussen (3.26 ERA) hasn’t been much better. I’m on the Over to cash this evening.

July 20, 2026: Belle's Picks & Props ⚾️

July 21, 2026

Today's Picks

-TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays Under 7.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-Athletics v ARI Diamondbacks Over 9.0 (-120) | 0.5 Units

Why These Picks?

TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays: Both Dylan Cease (2.56 ERA) and Nick Martinez (2.65 ERA) have been in excellent form lately; runs should be tough to come by. Cease hasn’t allowed a single run in any of his last 3 starts, and all 5 of Martinez’s last outings have resulted in a Rays win (all but 1 saw totals under 7.5). Take the Under to cash.

Athletics v ARI Diamondbacks: This game easily has the potential to be the highest scoring matchup of the day. Athletics pitcher Jeffrey Springs (6.08 ERA) has allowed at least 6 runs in 4 of his last 5 starts, and has allowed a whopping 27 runs over his last 5. On the other side, Mitch Bratt (6.00 ERA) has only had two starts for the Diamondbacks so far this season and hasn’t pitched more than 3 innings in either; I imagine Arizona will look to their bullpen early. Both teams should get a solid number of runs up on the board today – take the Over to cash.

Today's Picks

-TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays Under 7.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-LA Dodgers v PHI Phillies Over 8.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

-Athletics v ARI Diamondbacks Over 9.0 (-120) | 0.5 Units

Why These Picks?

TB Rays v TOR Blue Jays: Both Dylan Cease (2.56 ERA) and Nick Martinez (2.65 ERA) have been in excellent form lately; runs should be tough to come by. Cease hasn’t allowed a single run in any of his last 3 starts, and all 5 of Martinez’s last outings have resulted in a Rays win (all but 1 saw totals under 7.5). Take the Under to cash.

LA Dodgers v PHI Phillies: On paper, Cristopher Sanchez (2.62 ERA) is undoubtedly the better arm – but the man has been allowing runs left, right and centre lately. Sanchez has allowed 14 runs over his last 3 outings, and despite being a formidable 7-1 at home, I hesitate to back him in his current form. On the other side, 4 of Emmet Sheehan’s last 5 starts have resulted in a loss for the Dodgers…but his last few outings have been solid. To be frank, I think those aforementioned losses say more about the bullpen than they do about Sheehan. It’s bold, for sure – but I can see both of today’s pitchers having a tough time with today’s batting lineups. I’m rolling with the Over to hit on this game.
