May 21, 2026: Belle's Picks & Player Props ⚾️🏀🏒

May 22, 2026

Today's Picks

-TOR Blue Jays v NY Yankees Over 8.0 (-115) | 0.5 Units

-MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes Over 6.0 (+100) | 0.25 Units

-MTL Canadiens ML (+165) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

TOR Blue Jays v NY Yankees: The Blue Jays are opting to go with their bullpen today, and to be frank, Yankees starter Carlos Rodon (5.63 ERA) hasn’t been my favourite for a while now. I think both squads put at least 4 on the board this evening given the capable batting lineups and who will be on the mound; my money’s on the Over to hit.

MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes: The Hurricanes have been on a particularly long break, and that might not bode well for them this evening. Pricing Montreal at +165 feels wildly out ‘out to lunch’ so to speak, especially since they’ve won their last 4 straight meetings with Carolina. I’m on the visitors to bag a win and pull off the upset, but I’ll also toss a sprinkle on the Over to cash.

Today's Player Props

-MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes: Juraj Slafkovsky 3+ Shots On Goal (+105) | 0.20 Units

-MTL Canadiens v CAR Hurricanes: Frederik Andersen Over 21.5 Saves (-105) | 0.20 Units

-TOR Blue Jays v NY Yankees: Ben Rice Over 1.5 Total Bases (-105) | 0.20 Units

-CLE Cavaliers v NY Knicks: Jalen Brunson Over 36.5 Points, Rebounds & Assists (-115) | 0.20 Units

May 20, 2026: Huge Night for the Squad 💰💚🤩

May 20, 2026

What a night, friends! Picks basically got the sweep (we had one push!) and our VIP parlay cashed in full AGAIN — we’ve been absolutely crushing those lately 👊🏼💸

Pick of the Day also cashed for a beautiful +125 return! Overall, I’m really thrilled with how today went.

If you’re curious, here’s what we had:

Picks (3 Wins, 1 Push)

-CIN Reds ML (+125) (*Pick of the Day) ✅

-LA Dodgers v SD Padres Under 7.5 (-115) ✅

-OKC Thunder -6.5 (-110) ✅

-VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche Over 6.0 (-120) 🟨 (Push)

VIP Parlay (+461) 🎉

-VGS Golden Knights +1.5 (-165) ✅

-ATL Braves -1.5 (-115) ✅

-NY Mets v WAS Nationals Over 9.5 (-115) ✅

Player Props (0/3)

-Andrew Abbott 5+ Strikeouts (-105) ❌

-Shohei Ohtani 8+ Strikeouts (+110) (*Prop of the Day) ❌

-Nathan McKinnon Over 4.5 Shots On Goal (+130) ❌

I’ll admit — I took a few risks on today’s Player Props, and unfortunately they didn’t pay off. That said, we still finished the night WELL into the green, so I’m not going to dwell on it 😌

🌟 A couple of other things while I have you, betting fam:

📊 I’ve been getting a lot of messages lately about the spreadsheet I use to track my record! You can download it here.

📺 I’ll be uploading a bunch of new content to my YouTube channel over the next couple of weeks! If you’re not already subscribed, I’d LOVE IT if you could hit the ‘Subscribe’ button over there — it really helps support the community.

Alright friends, I’m off for the night!

Congrats on your wins — and tomorrow, we do it all again.

X

May 20, 2026: Belle's Picks & Props ⚾️🏒

May 20, 2026

Today's Picks

-CIN Reds ML (+125) | 0.5 Units

-VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche Over 6.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

CIN Reds v PHI Phillies: I like the Reds to take down Philly again here, friends. Andrew Abbott (4.21 ERA) is way better on the road than his ERA suggests, he’s allowed a mere 1 run over his last 3 outings, and 4 of his last 5 starts for Cincinnati have resulted in a victory. Meanwhile, Aaron Nola (5.91 ERA) has been far from “un-hittable” having allowed 9 runs over his last 2 outings.  I’ll take the Reds to pull off the upset.

VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche: Both of these teams have a ridiculous amount of fire power at their disposal; Game 1 between them should be a shoot out. The Avalanche have seen final totals of at least 6 in their last 5 straight games, and the Golden Knights have seen at least 6 in 3 of their last 4. Truth be told, I just think these offenses are way too capable to yield a low-scoring affair without this being the pressure cooker that is a Game 7. Game 1? Take the Over to hit.

---

Today's Player Props

-CIN Reds v PHI Phillies: Andrew Abbott 5+ Strikeouts (-105) | 0.20 Units

-LA Dodgers v SD Padres: Shohei Ohtani 8+ Strikeouts (+110) | 0.25 Units (*Prop of the Day)

May 20, 2026: Belle's Picks, Player Props & Parlays (Premium) ⚾️🏀🏒

May 20, 2026

Today's Picks

-CIN Reds ML (+125) | 0.5 Units

-LA Dodgers v SD Padres Under 7.5 (-115) | 0.25 Units

-VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche Over 6.0 (-120) | 0.25 Units

-OKC Thunder -6.5 (-110) | 0.25 Units

Why These Picks?

Meanwhile, Aaron Nola (5.91 ERA) has been far from “un-hittable” having allowed 9 runs over his last 2 outings.  I’ll take the Reds to pull off the upset.

LA Dodgers v SD Padres: 4 of Randy Vasquez’s last 5 starts have seen less than 7 runs. Other than a rough encounter with the Chicago Cubs, Vasquez has been the definition of solid. On the other side, Shohei Ohtani comes into this game with a ridiculous 0.82 ERA. I’ll toss a sprinkle on the Under to cash.

SA Spurs v OKC Thunder: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander went 7-23 in FGs in his last meeting with the Spurs; if he’d played any better, I think Oklahoma City would’ve taken that game. The Thunder are notoriously dominant at home, and I simply don’t think they’ll make a lot of the mistakes they made in Game 1 against San Antonio twice. Given that OKC was a staggering 34-7 at home during the regular season, I’ve gotta give them the benefit of the doubt tonight. I’m on the Thunder to cover this evening.

Today's Player Props

-CIN Reds v PHI Phillies: Andrew Abbott 5+ Strikeouts (-105) | 0.20 Units

-LA Dodgers v SD Padres: Shohei Ohtani 8+ Strikeouts (+110) | 0.25 Units (*Prop of the Day)

-VGS Golden Knights v COL Avalanche: Nathan McKinnon Over 4.5 Shots On Goal (+130) | 0.20 Units

---

Today's Parlay(s):

Parlay (+461) | 0.20 Units

Reasoning: I love the Avalanche to win at home always; but the reality of tonight's matchup is that it's basically a coin flip. Cale Makar is out for Colorado, an upset is far from out of the question. I don't doubt that Vegas will be able to keep it within 1. As for the Braves/Marlins matchup, Jansen Junk has had a couple of terrible last outings –Chris Sale is far better on the mound having allowed a mere 4 runs over his last 5 starts. Lastly, Washington starter Zack Littell should be a cake-walk for the Mets, while they in turn will start Zach Thornton for the first time. I expect this game to see plenty of runs.

-VGS Golden Knights +1.5 (-165)

-ATL Braves -1.5 (-115)

-NY Mets v WAS Nationals Over 9.5 (-115)
